• Items should be returned unused, unopened, and undamaged. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered is bad or torn.

• The books which are frequently changing like current affairs, monthly magazines, and other related books.
• The items will be canceled and the user will get 100 % money return if it has been reported within 2 hours of the order.
• The combo books are non-returnable.
• There is no cash return unless the product is damaged due to the company’s packaging or shipping.
•  In case of a return, the user must have to send the book to the address given on the visiting card or the office address confirmed.
• We also entertain the calls of the customer to inquire about the best books for a respective exam. If he/she buys that product and the product is faulty that case an immediate refund will be provided to the customer.
